Terms of service

VELUNAIL operates this Shopify-hosted store. These terms describe use of our website and, when products become available, purchases from VELUNAIL. Our Privacy policy, Shipping policy and Return and refund policy provide related information. Nothing here limits mandatory consumer rights.

Current collection and product information

Our current images are editorial design concepts. The collection is in development, and these preview designs cannot currently be ordered. Available product pages will state the actual materials, dimensions, set contents, price and availability. Screen settings may affect how colours appear.

Accounts and orders

Use accurate contact, billing and delivery information, protect your account and use only payment methods you are authorized to use. A submitted order is a purchase request, subject to acceptance, availability and payment processing. Review the order total, taxes and delivery fees before payment. Email us promptly to request changes or cancellation; changes may be unavailable after dispatch. We will notify you about a material order issue or correction and handle affected payments as required by law.

Delivery, returns and payments

We currently deliver within the United States from Yuma, Arizona. The shipping options and return process are described in the linked policies. Purchases are made from VELUNAIL; Shopify provides the commerce platform and is not the seller of our goods.

Appropriate use

Use this website lawfully. Do not impersonate others, submit malicious code, misuse personal information, infringe rights or interfere with the store. Branding and original content may not be reproduced without permission except where the law permits it. External websites and services have their own terms and privacy practices.

Updates and availability

We may update product information and correct errors. Website availability can be interrupted. Any restrictions, remedies and liabilities remain subject to applicable law and do not exclude rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. Updated terms will appear on this page, and material changes will be communicated when required.
