01 — Measure both hands

Use a flexible measuring tape, or mark the sidewalls on a strip of paper and measure it with a ruler. Measure across the widest part of each natural nail in millimetres. Record all ten measurements: the two hands may differ.

Compare your measurements with the size chart for the exact set you choose. Sizes can differ between shapes. A tip should cover the nail comfortably without pressing into the surrounding skin. Do not select a size from our editorial images.

02 — Check your set and adhesive

Lay out the tips in finger order and check the fit before applying. Read the instructions and ingredient information supplied with your nail set, adhesive tabs or nail glue. Wear time, water resistance and reusability depend on the actual products and how they are used.

03 — Prepare and apply

Begin with clean, dry nails. Follow the preparation method on the adhesive label. Use only the amount, pressure and setting time recommended for that product. Keep adhesive away from eyes and skin, and keep nail glue out of reach of children.

04 — Care for your look

Follow the product's guidance about water, heat and daily activities. Avoid using tips as tools to open or scrape objects. If a tip lifts, follow the adhesive instructions before reapplying; do not seal moisture beneath a loose tip.

05 — Remove without force

Use the removal method recommended for your adhesive. Tabs and glue may require different methods. Do not pull, pry or peel off an attached nail. Stop using a product if it causes irritation.

Reusability depends on the material, adhesive and removal method. Follow the final product information; we do not promise a fixed number of uses.
