Refund policy

Request a return within 30 days

Email glug9246@outlook.com within 30 days after delivery to request an eligible return. Include your order number and proof of purchase. Items must be unused and unworn, with their original packaging, labels and all included items. For hygiene, nail sets and adhesives must remain unopened with any hygiene seals intact.

Get approval before sending a parcel

Contact us first. If the return is accepted, we will provide instructions and the correct return destination. Do not send a parcel to the dispatch location without instructions. Unapproved returns may be refused.

Return shipping

You normally pay the return delivery cost for a change of mind. If an item arrived damaged, defective or incorrect, contact us first so we can arrange the appropriate resolution and cover the necessary return delivery cost. No restocking fee applies to an accepted return.

Exceptions and product issues

Customized or personalized items, used or worn nail sets, opened hygiene-sealed personal-care items, opened adhesives, items marked final sale and gift cards are not eligible for voluntary change-of-mind returns. These exclusions do not remove rights or remedies for faulty, damaged, misdescribed or incorrect goods under applicable law.

Inspect the parcel on arrival and report any issue promptly. For transit damage, please contact us within 7 days to help the investigation; this does not shorten any mandatory legal rights.

Exchanges

Request an eligible return first. Once it is accepted, place a separate order for the replacement item. Availability may change.

Refunds

After we receive and inspect an accepted return, we will email the outcome. An approved refund is issued to the original payment method within 10 business days. Your payment provider may take additional time to post it. If 15 business days have passed since approval and the refund is not visible, contact us.

Consumer rights and contact

Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected. We currently deliver only within the United States; if we later accept an order for an EU destination, any applicable statutory cancellation rights will be preserved.
