Where we deliver
We currently accept delivery addresses in the United States. International shipping is not currently offered.
Order preparation
Allow 1–3 business days for preparation after payment is confirmed. Preparation is separate from the transit estimates below. During busy periods, preparation may take longer; we will contact you about a significant delay.
Delivery options and charges
- Standard delivery: estimated 7–15 business days after dispatch. The fee is USD 8 for an order subtotal below USD 60. Standard delivery is free when the order subtotal is USD 60 or more.
- Expedited delivery: estimated 3–7 business days after dispatch, at USD 15 per order.
The free-standard-delivery threshold uses the discounted merchandise subtotal, before shipping and taxes. Available options and the final charge are shown at checkout. Delivery times are estimates, not guaranteed arrival dates; carrier disruptions and weather may affect delivery.
Tracking and address changes
Once your order is dispatched, we email the tracking details when available. Review your address before placing an order. If it needs correction, email us promptly; changes may no longer be possible after dispatch.
Delivery problems
Contact us promptly about a missing, damaged, defective or incorrect parcel. Please report transit damage within 7 days of receipt, with your order number and a description of the issue, to help us investigate. This request does not restrict rights you have under applicable law. Return delivery costs are explained in our Return and refund policy.
