Your confirmation email is the quickest way to your order status.
Our first collection is in development. The designs currently displayed are previews and cannot be ordered.
View an order
When orders become available, open your order confirmation email and select View your order. This opens the secure Shopify order status page for that purchase. After dispatch, your shipping confirmation will include a tracking link when tracking is available.
You can also sign in using the email address used for your purchase to view the orders linked to your customer account.

I have an order confirmation but no tracking link
An order confirmation acknowledges the order; it does not mean the parcel has been dispatched. Check the dispatch information supplied with your order and watch for a separate shipping confirmation.
The tracking link has no carrier scan yet
A label may be created before the carrier records a scan. Check the carrier's tracking page for its latest update. If the delivery estimate supplied with your order has passed, contact us so we can look into it.
I cannot find my confirmation email
Check your spam or promotions folder, then contact us using the email address used for the purchase. Include your order number if you have it. Never send a password or full payment card number.
